TMG has been invited by the Telecommunication Development Bureau (BDT) of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) to speak at the upcoming Regional Economic and Financial Forum of Telecommunications/ICTs for Latin America in San José, Costa Rica. The two-day conference, to be held March 11 and 12, 2014, will feature sessions addressing market analysis and regulatory accounting, the social impact of broadband and development of digital agendas, costing methodologies and tariff policies, overview and impact of content delivery networks, and monitoring the implementation of broadband plans, among others.
